講演題目：
『極値・ゆらぎ・非平衡性から見る分子モーター動態計測』
講演概要：
2016年ノーベル化学賞は「分子機械の設計と合成」に対して授与され、分子スケールで働く機械の動作原理に大きな注目が集まった。その動作原理を理解するには、一分子動態を直接計測することが重要である。分子モーターの中でもモータータンパク質は、熱ゆらぎの中で働き、エネルギー注入により非平衡状態に保たれる分子機械である。本講義では、モータータンパク質系に固有のゆらぎや非平衡性を活かし、非平衡統計力学や極値統計学に基づく動態計測を紹介する。さらに、モータータンパク質の本来の動作環境である細胞内微小空間での計測に向けた展望を述べる。
